The apartment consists of a living room, one bedroom with an attached bathroom, one extra toilet, and a fully functional kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, gas burner, cutlery, and crockery.
The living room features a sofa-cum-bed for additional guests, along with a computer desk and chair ideal for digital nomads. A stable 100 Mbps Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the apartment.
The bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe, and an attached bathroom with a water heater and shower.
The maid comes daily at 12:30 PM to clean the apartment, and support staff is available if any additional assistance is needed.
Parking is not available inside the building compound, but street parking may be found outside the building at the owner’s risk.
